Besharam is a 2013 Hindi action comedy film starring Ranbir Kapoor, Pallavi Sharda, Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh, and Javed Jaffrey.

Babli is a small-time car thief who steals things to bear expenses for the kids living in an orphanage. He falls in love with Tara but unknowingly steals her car and sells it to a goon. Babli and Tara set out to get the car back. Inspector Chulbul and his wife constable Bulbul are after Babli to arrest him.
